Oreo Overnight Oats Ingredients

This healthy and delicious recipe has minimal ingredients and allows you to have dessert for breakfast!

  • Old Fashioned Oatmeal: Be sure to not use quick oats!
  • Greek Yogurt: This pumps up the protein content
  • Milk: The milk is absorbed into the oats, making them soft and delicious
  • Oreo’s: You know why these are needed!

How to Make Overnight Oats

Making a batch of Oreo Overnight Oats is so simple you’ll be asking yourself why you haven’t made them before.

Simply add old-fashioned oats, greek yogurt, milk, and crushed Oreo’s into your airtight container. You can then either use a spoon to mix it or pop on the lid and shake vigorously. Pop this in the refrigerator overnight, and you’re on your way!

When to Make These Oats

You have two options as to when to make these overnight oats:

  1. Make a single serving at night, set it in the fridge, and grab it on your way to work in the morning.
  2. Make a large batch at the beginning of the week and scoop out a portion every morning. If you plan to add fresh ingredients, this may be the most efficient option for you!

Oreo Overnight Oats Additions

There are SO MANY items you can add to make these Oreo Overnight Oats unique.

  1. Add a serving of protein powder. Use LAURENK10 for a discount on Ascent Protein’s website. I recommend their Cookies and Cream flavor for even more delicious oats!
  2. Add fruit. Top these oats with freshly sliced strawberries for a great flavor profile.
  3. Add chia seeds. This is a simple way to up the nutrition in this recipe. They will also absorb some of the liquid and be a bit more large and soft!
  4. If you have a big sweet tooth in the morning you could even add a teaspoon of cocoa powder for an extreme chocolate-flavor.
